From the moment we saw your cars at an expo a few years ago we knew they were exactly what we wanted! My husband is quite fussy but he loved your cars and was so proud to have them for our big day!
As you can see from the photos I sent through, even with the terrible weather we had an amazing day! A very big thank you to the drivers that we had that day (Unfortunately we were so busy I don’t recall their names) for all their help. They went above and beyond their call of duty, assisting me in and out of the car, ensuring that I didn’t slip whilst having our photos taken, making sure my dress was held and getting as least dirty as possible, ensuring our bridal party and parents had plenty of refreshments and were comfortable, evening allowing us to borrow umbrellas. Our only regret was that we didn’t allow ourselves enough time to enjoy the cars a bit more! I cannot say enough good things about Manhattan Limousines and the service that you provided for our special day, thank you so much.

Good evening -I just wanted to send a brief email regarding my experience with Manhattan limos. I am not usually one to give feedback, give compliments or complaints usually. I could count the number of times I have on one hand, but thought I would make an exception on this occasion.
Firstly, we had a booking made for Fri 25th November 2011, pick up from Penrith Panthers Club at 7pm to be taken to George St, The Rocks in the Stretch Chrysler.
I would like to express my thanks to the driver, I believe his name was Michael. He made our night absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and polite on the phone, informing us of his arrival and greeted us out the front. We were no doubt noisy and rowdy but this didn’t seem to bother him, and he remained very professional and tolerant. He was accommodating to a slight change in destination for which we were very greatful as I had tried to ring in the afternoon to request the drop off destination be varied slightly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him and the car was absolutely immaculate and well presented.
I have never had the luxury previously of using a limo service. Taking into account how wonderful the evening was thanks to service provided by Michael and the car, I would most definitely recommend Manhattan Limos to others that are making enquiries and will certainly use your services again when the next opportunity presents itself. I found the whole experience absolutely faultless.
I hope that you could pass on my gratitude to our driver for the evening as being first timers, he left a great impression and made it the highlight of our evening and Id like him to know that his professionalism is noticed.
